Founding Member Plan​

The Founding Member plan is a special launch promotion and will be replaced by other plans in the future. If you subscribe now, you'll keep this rate as long as you remain an active subscriber and don't switch to another plan.

How Credits Work​

Credits are the currency for your AI interactions:

  • 1 credit = 1 minute of phone calls
  • 1 credit = 5 SMS messages
  • 1 credit = 10 chat messages

With 250 credits included, you get plenty of room to handle customer interactions. For example:

  • 250 minutes of phone calls, or
  • 1,250 SMS messages, or
  • 2,500 chat messages, or
  • Any combination of all three

Credit Overage​

If you use more than your included credits in a billing cycle, additional usage is charged at $0.45 CAD per credit.

Overage is Disabled by Default

Credit overage is turned off by default. If you run out of credits, your service will pause until your next billing cycle. To enable overage billing and avoid interruptions, go to Settings → Billing and turn on credit overage.

Phone Numbers​

Your subscription includes 1 phone number for Theo to answer calls and SMS messages.

Need more numbers for different locations or departments? Additional phone numbers are $10 CAD/month each.

Unlimited Agents​

Create as many AI agents as you need — there's no limit. You might want different agents for:

  • Different business locations
  • Different services or departments
  • Testing new configurations

Billing & Payment​

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards
  • Manage your subscription anytime in Settings → Billing
