Settings Overview

The Settings area lets you configure your account, manage your team, connect integrations, and handle billing.

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the left menu (at the bottom) to see all options.

General Settings

Your business profile and core information:

Personal Account Settings

Separate from business settings, your personal account settings include:

Profile

  • Update your name
  • Change your email

Password

  • Change your password
  • Keep your account secure

Access these by clicking your name/avatar in the bottom left corner of the sidebar.


Common Questions

How do I change my business name?
  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Update the Business Name field
  3. Save changes

Note: This changes what your AI agent knows about your business and may affect how it introduces itself.

Can I have different settings for different agents?

Most settings are account-wide. However, each agent can have:

  • Different behaviors and knowledge
  • Different voice settings per phone number
  • Different welcome messages per deployment
How do I delete my account?

Contact support@needtheo.com to request account deletion. We'll guide you through the process and explain what happens to your data.
