Instructions for setting up call forwarding with Canadian carriers.

Forward when busy or no answer:

  1. Pick up your phone
  2. Dial: *92 followed by your Need Theo number
  3. Example: *92 555-123-4567
  4. Wait for confirmation
  5. Hang up

Forward all calls:

  1. Dial: *21 followed by your Need Theo number

To turn OFF call forwarding:

  1. Dial: *93 (for conditional forwarding)
  2. Or dial: #21# (for all-call forwarding)
Bell

Forward when busy or no answer:

  1. Pick up your phone
  2. Dial: *92 followed by your Need Theo number
  3. Wait for confirmation tone
  4. Hang up

Forward all calls:

  1. Dial: *72 followed by your Need Theo number

To turn OFF call forwarding:

  1. Dial: *73
Telus

Forward when you don't answer:

  1. Pick up your phone
  2. Dial: *92 followed by your Need Theo number
  3. Wait for confirmation
  4. Hang up

Forward when you don't answer:

  1. Pick up your phone
  2. Dial: *92 followed by your Need Theo number
  3. Wait for confirmation
  4. Hang up

Forward all calls:

  1. Dial: *72 followed by your Need Theo number
  2. Wait for 3 fast beeps, then dial tone
  3. Dial your Need Theo number again
  4. Wait for confirmation

To turn OFF call forwarding:

  1. Dial: *73
Freedom Mobile

Forward when you don't answer:

  1. Dial: *61* followed by your Need Theo number, then #
  2. Example: *61*5551234567#
  3. Press Call/Send

Forward all calls:

  1. Dial: *21* followed by your Need Theo number, then #
  2. Example: *21*5551234567#

To turn OFF call forwarding:

  1. Dial: ##21# (for all-call forwarding)
  2. Or dial: ##61# (for no-answer forwarding)

Forward all calls:

To turn OFF call forwarding:

Low-Cost Carriers

Lüm Mobile

Lüm uses app-based call forwarding settings:

  1. Log into your Lüm mobile app
  2. Open the menu and select Settings
  3. Tap Manage Call Forwarding
  4. Enable the forwarding types you want (Busy/No Answer/Not Reachable)
  5. Enter your Need Theo number for each

If app settings don't work, try your phone's built-in call forwarding settings instead.

Public Mobile

Forward when you don't answer:

  1. Dial: *61* followed by your Need Theo number, then #

Forward all calls:

  1. Dial: *21* followed by your Need Theo number, then #

To turn OFF call forwarding:

  1. Dial: ##21# (for all-call forwarding)
  2. Or dial: ##004# (reset all forwarding to voicemail)

Common Issues

"I dialed the code but nothing happened"
  • Make sure you hear a dial tone before dialing
  • Try waiting a few seconds after dialing
  • Some carriers require you to press "Call" or "Send"
"Need Theo isn't answering"
  • Test the forwarding by calling from another phone
  • Make sure you entered the full number including area code
  • Check that your Need Theo phone number is active in the dashboard
"I want to stop forwarding but it won't turn off"
  • Try the turn-off code multiple times
  • Contact your phone carrier's support
  • Some business systems require a manager or admin to change settings
"Can I forward only certain times?"

Yes! Some carriers support scheduled forwarding. Contact your carrier for details. Alternatively, you can manually turn forwarding on and off each day.
